RV/Camping Information

Please check in at Boys Ranch headquarters upon arrival for location and camping guidelines. Reservations are accepted prior to the Gathering – please contact Cheree Gilliam at 806-322-2645 or 800-687-3722, ext. 2645. Otherwise, spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please remember that Boys Ranch is a childcare facility, therefore no alcohol or firearms are allowed on the campus at any time.  Please observe all speed limits.  Speed limit is 15 miles per hour. The limit in the camping areas is 5 miles per hour.

Chuck Wagon Meals

Meals will be available at chuck wagons Saturday noon and evening. The chuck wagon cooks will offer a variety of meals at various prices. 
 

Snack items and drinks will be available at the Dippel Center Grill from 10a.m.-8p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Please do not take food or drinks into the stage area, auditorium or classrooms.

Country Store

If you like what you hear, visit our Country Store in the Fine Arts Center to purchase CDs, books and tapes of the featured performers. Event posters and t-shirts, as well as Boys Ranch apparel and memorabilia will be available for purchase.
